Making Good Decisions Programme
Certification for RMA decision makers
This page lists Making Good Decisions certificate holders and people who
are accredited by reason of their appointment under the
Gazette notice.

Certificates issued upon completing the Making Good Decisions
programme are valid for a 3-year period from the date of first
issue. On re-issue (at 're-certification') they are valid for a
period of five years.

Under the Gazette notice, those who have been appointed as a
High Court Judge (clause 1(c)), Environment Judge or alternate
Environment Judge (clause 1(d)), or Environment Commissioner or
Deputy Environment Commissioner (clause 1(e)) are also deemed to
be accredited.

The chairing endorsement column records those who, in attaining
re-certification, have successfully completed the chair
recertification course in the Making Good Decisions programme.
